Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
Suffering from back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee or ankle injuries? We calm things down, then build you back up with manual therapy plus targeted exercise to restore movement and confidence.
2.
Vestibular Rehabilitation (Dizziness & Balance)
Vertigo, BPPV, unsteady walking or unexplained dizziness? We can assess your inner ear and guide specific repositioning and balance drills, and pace you safely back to daily life.
3.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Have you or someone you care for suffer from the effects of a stroke, MS, Parkinson’s, neuropathy or another neurlogical condition? We provide gentle, repeated practices to retrain movement, improve gait, and support mobility in home and the community.
4.
Women’s & Pelvic Health
Have you experienced pelvic pain, leakage, prolapse, pregnancy and post‑partum changes. We offer private, respectful sessions focused on pelvic floor training, posture, and everyday function along with more indepth and advanced women’s health specific care.

Pre‑and Post‑Operative Rehabilitation
Before and after surgery, we plan for and treat swelling control, mobility range, muscular atrophy, and strength rehabilitation. We set you and tick off milestones so your progress and recovery feels organised, not overwhelming.

Your Rehab Roadmap
Get in touch
Book online on our Booking Directory, or call us, fill in an Appointment Request Form or ask your Support Coordinator or GP to send a referral. We will confirm we have received your enquiry within one business day.
We match you with a physiotherapist.
Based on your needs, location, and availability, we will connect you with the right clinician. Hydrotherapy is available at our four pool locations (Blacktown, Croydon Park, Campbelltown, or Mornington).
Initial Assessment
We start with your story. Where it hurts. When it flares. What you can and can’t do right now. We check movement, strength, balance, and simple functional tasks like sitting, taking stairs, and walking. These baseline measures guide your rehabilitation.
Personalised Treatment Plan
Your plan fits your week and your body. We focus on easing pain, improving mobility, and building tolerance for everyday tasks. If other clinicians can help, we align care through case conferences so the team is already on the same page and you don’t repeat your story.
Review & Adjust
We consistently provide short progress reviews to keep your care practical and results driven. We re‑check the measures that matter to you, adjust load and pacing, and fine‑tune what happens in the clinic and at home, this way rehab stays consistent, steady and realistic.
Education & Preventative Care
We teach you how to look after your body between sessions such as your movement habits, exercises for strength and balance, and ways to reduce flare‑ups.
Simple tools. Plain language. Support for your day to day.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can Physiotherapy help my pain?
We find the root cause of your pain. We do not just treat the symptoms. Our team uses hands-on treatment and specific exercises to help you move better. We want to get you back to doing the things you love without pain holding you back.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
For private patients, you do not need a referral. You can book in straight away. If you are using Medicare, DVA, or WorkCover, you will need a referral from your GP first.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. If you have a knee injury, shorts are best. If you have a shoulder injury, a singlet or loose shirt is helpful. This helps us assess you properly.
