We Support the NDIS. Registered NDIS Provider

Navigating the NDIS shouldn’t be a solo mission.

Managing an NDIS plan can feel like a second job. We try to make it easier.

At Optimum Blacktown, all your supports are under one roof. Your clinicians work together on the same plan. Not just in the same building.

How we support you:

  • Your team talks to each other. We hold regular case conferences. Your Physiotherapist knows what your Occupational Therapist is working on. You get smoother, more coordinated care.

  • We map your funding. We help plan your budget so your support stays consistent throughout your plan.

  • Clinical oversight built in. Senior clinicians review your programme. They check that you are building capacity and gaining independence.

Got Questions? We Can Help

The NDIS is complex. If you are unsure about your funding or just need advice, our Blacktown team is here to answer your questions.

What is a Functional Behaviour Assessment?
