NDIS PODIATRY IN Sylvania

How your NDIS plan supports your foot health and mobility

Many people do not realize that podiatry is a key part of an NDIS plan. If your foot health impacts your ability to move or look after yourself, it is often funded under capacity building.

At our Sylvania clinic, we use the Optimum Roadmap to make sure your funding works for you. We map out your care from the very first day. This includes your sessions and our team case conferences. Because our podiatrists talk to our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, your care is always connected. We handle the funding complexity so you can focus on staying mobile and independent in Sylvania.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our podiatrists focus on building capacity for movement by looking after your feet. This includes everything from skin and nail care to managing foot pain and checking your walking pattern. We help you navigate conditions that might make walking difficult so you can stay active and maximize your autonomy in your daily life.
Yes because foot health is often vital for building capacity and independence. If your disability affects your mobility or your ability to care for your own feet, the NDIS often provides support. We use our roadmap to track your funding and ensure you have consistent care throughout your plan.
We hold active case conferences where our whole team aligns on your care. If you see a podiatrist and a physiotherapist at our Sylvania clinic, they will talk to each other. This multidisciplinary advantage means your foot health always supports your wider goals for rehabilitation and movement.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy that we view as a mutual commitment. When we book a time for you, we reserve our clinic space and our team for your support. This policy ensures we can provide reliable and consistent care for all our neighbors in the Sylvania community.
You can visit us as a private client without any referral at all. We also accept NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and Workers Compensation. We have a No Wrong Door policy to help you find the right funding path. For new private clients, we ask for prepayment as a sign of our shared commitment to your health.
