Optimum is a registered NDIS provider. We cater to all disabilities and our services can be funded from eligible NDIS Plans.

Private health funds provide rebates for all Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services under extras cover.
Service Australia (Medicare)
Referrals from GP’s for Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans and Diabetes Health Plans are accepted.
WorkCover
WorkCover referrals from GP’s or case managers, specialists, rehab providers and allied health providers are accepted.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
All veterans are entitled to Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, OT & Dietetic services through DVA as a holder of a white or gold card. A D904 form is required.
