1 x Mealtime Management Plan Report and 1 page summary (2 hrs)
1 x Training Implementation Session for client, carers and support workers (1hr)
2 x Labour costs for travel time + Km charges (estimated at 30 min/20km)
5 x Phone calls to liaise with relevant parties including GP, Support Co-ordinator, Service Providers etc. (estimated at 15 min per call)
