Swallowing Assessment

Gold Standard Assessment - all-inclusive

Inclusions

  • 1 x Initial Case History Phone Call consultation (1 hr)
  • 1 x Swallowing Assessment in home environment (1hr)
  • 1 x Swallowing Assessment in community Environment (1hr)
  • 1 x Food resource cost (0.17hr)
  • 4 x Labour cost for travel time + Km charge (estimated at 30 min/20km)
  • 1 x Swallowing Assessment Report (up to 4 hrs depending on detail and complexity)
  • 1 x Mealtime Management Plan Report and 1 page summary (2 hrs)
  • 1 x Training Implementation Session for client, carers and support workers (1hr)
  • 2 x Labour costs for travel time + Km charges (estimated at 30 min/20km)
  • 5 x Phone calls to liaise with relevant parties including GP, Support Co-ordinator, Service Providers etc. (estimated at 15 min per call)

Silver Standard Assessment
