Optimum Health Solutions
Pre-Payment Policy
Private and Medicare Services
Effective from 1 June 2024 we require pre-payment for Private and Medicare services.
Why do we require pre-payment?
We value your health and well-being, and we want to provide you with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
However, when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving us enough notice, it affects our ability to offer that time slot to another client who may need our help.
Therefore, we have decided to implement a pre-payment policy for all new Private and Medicare appointments, effective from 1 June 2024.
How does the pre-payment policy work?
- When you book a new appointment with us, you will need to pay the full fee in advance to secure
your appointment. - You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and the receipt of your
payment. - If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise you will forfeit your payment.
- If you reschedule or cancel your appointment outside the 48-hour notice period, you can use your payment as a credit for a future appointment, subject to availability.
- If you do not show up for your appointment, you will not receive a refund or a credit.
- If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will
offer you a full refund or a credit for a future appointment, whichever you prefer.
How does the pre-payment policy benefit you
- The pre-payment policy helps us to reduce the number of cancellations and no-shows, which means that we can offer more availability and flexibility to our clients.
- By paying in advance, you are making a commitment to your health and well-being, and you are more likely to attend your appointment and achieve your goals.
- The pre-payment policy also helps us to maintain our high standards of quality and professionalism and to cover the costs of our staff, equipment, and facilities.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our pre-payment policy, and we look forward to serving you and helping you improve your health outcomes.
