We require NDIA-managed participants who have transitioned to PACE to endorse ‘Optimum Performance Training Pty Ltd’ as a participant-endorsed provider before engaging in services.

Participants and their representatives must endorse providers prior to the commencement of services.
This should be done at the participant’s plan or implementation meeting or at any time by calling the NDIS National Contact Centre on 1800 800 110.
Alternatively you can contact your Local Area Coordinator/Planner to advise that you would like to endorse Optimum Health Solutions as your Provider.
