Ingredients
- 2 rye, barley or multigrain wraps
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat hummus
- 150-200g coleslaw (without dressing)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cups barbecued chicken breast, skin removed,
- shredded 1-2 tablespoons chipotle mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat plain yoghurt
Method
1.
Place wraps on a clean work bench. Spread each down the centre with hummus.

Top with the coleslaw, mint leaves and chicken.
3.
Combine mayonnaise and yoghurt in a bowl. Spoon over each wrap, and season with cracked black pepper. Roll up and serve.
