Overnight oat and chia pudding

Overnight Oat and Chia Pudding

An easy overnight oat and chia pudding recipe including seasonal fruit and a vanilla twist!




Combine oats, chia seeds, psyllium husk, vanilla, milk and honey in a large bowl. Not to worry! The mixture will be very thin and runny.  Allow sitting for 10 minutes to thicken.


Divide mixture into 4 bowls cover and refrigerate overnight.


To serve, top with fruit and a sprinkle of flaked almonds.
