Mothers Day Museli

Make your own muesli:

1. 750g-1kg Rolled Oats (home brand or lowan)

2. 2 cups of mixed seeds – Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds

3. 1 cup of nuts – slivered almonds/crushed walnuts

For sweetness

  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut – mixed in with muesli tub
  • After served – add fresh/frozen berries or cinnamon or passionfruit

To serve:

  • ¼ – 1/3 cup of muesli + ½ cup of light milk or low fat yogurt

Yogurt Brands:

  • Chobani 0.5% fat (plain)
  • Jalna reduced fat
  • Aldi: Hi-Protein (Dairy Dream) – 900g tub
