Make your own muesli:
1. 750g-1kg Rolled Oats (home brand or lowan)
2. 2 cups of mixed seeds – Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds
3. 1 cup of nuts – slivered almonds/crushed walnuts
For sweetness
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut – mixed in with muesli tub
- After served – add fresh/frozen berries or cinnamon or passionfruit
To serve:
- ¼ – 1/3 cup of muesli + ½ cup of light milk or low fat yogurt
Yogurt Brands:
- Chobani 0.5% fat (plain)
- Jalna reduced fat
- Aldi: Hi-Protein (Dairy Dream) – 900g tub
