- 1 whole wheat English muffin
- 90g sliced smoked turkey
- ¼ medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 spinach leaves
1. Spread the hummus on the English muffin.
2. Layer turkey, cucumber, onion and spinach on the muffin.
