Layered Bruschetta Chicken Salad

Serves 4


  • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 125 mL Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 pkg torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 pkg Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips
  • Croutons
  • 2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese


  1. Combine tomatoes, basil and dressing; set aside.
  2. Place lettuce in medium serving bowl; top with layers of croutons, chicken and tomato mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
