Breakfast Smoothie


• ½ 170g tub of Chobani low fat Greek yogurt

• ½ a banana sliced

• ½ a cup frozen mixed berries. (Any fruit is great. Fresh or frozen).

• 1 TBSP of oats

• 1 TBSP of almonds

• 1 cup of sugar-free almond milk

• 1 TBSP of dried goji berries

• 1 TBSP chia seeds


  1. Place into a blender the almonds, oats, chia seeds and Goji berries, and blend until finely grounds.
  2. Add in the yogurt, fruit, and milk and blend.

All ingredients are available from the health food section of your local supermarket.
