• ½ 170g tub of Chobani low fat Greek yogurt
• ½ a banana sliced
• ½ a cup frozen mixed berries. (Any fruit is great. Fresh or frozen).
• 1 TBSP of oats
• 1 TBSP of almonds
• 1 cup of sugar-free almond milk
• 1 TBSP of dried goji berries
• 1 TBSP chia seeds
- Place into a blender the almonds, oats, chia seeds and Goji berries, and blend until finely grounds.
- Add in the yogurt, fruit, and milk and blend.
All ingredients are available from the health food section of your local supermarket.
