Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Whole rolled Oats
- 1 Large Granny Smith Apple (grated)
- 1 TB Honey
- 2 TB Wheat germ or Psyllium Husk
- 200 ml Skim Milk Cinnamon (to taste)
Method
1.
Place oats in a saucepan with 2 cups hot water. Soak for 15 minutes then transfer to stove and boil about 5 minutes while stirring.
2.
Add grated apple and cook another 2-3 minutes until apple has softened.
3.
Just before serving stir through honey and cinnamon.
4.
Divide evenly between 2 serving bowls with milk as desired.
