Ndis Behaviour Support in North Rocks
A clear path forward with the Optimum Roadmap Behaviour support often involves complex funding. At our North Rocks clinic, we handle the admin so you can focus on your family. We use the Optimum Roadmap to plan out your funding for the entire year. This prevents “funding burnout” and ensures you have consistent support when you need it most.
Our goal is to build capacity and support independence. We believe in a team approach, so we hold Case Conferences. If you are working with our Behaviour Support Practitioner and our Occupational Therapist, they talk to each other. This ensures we are all working toward the same goal of helping you maximize your autonomy and live life to the fullest.
