New Graduate Program

At Optimum Health Solutions, we understand the significance of the transition from student to practitioner.

After 4 years (or more) of study, this can be an exciting time filled with anticipation, excitement and perhaps a little uncertainty.

Our New Graduate Program is designed to provide industry-leading support, mentorship, and a culture of continued education and development. Assisting new graduates in transitioning to the workforce within a nurturing environment is pivotal to success.

If you are about to embark on a career as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiotherapist, our  New Graduate Program is now open.

What can I Expect from the program?

  • All recent graduates will go through an induction that includes one-on-one training and clinic onboarding.
  • To aid in your progression from a student to a successful therapist, you will also have access to ongoing training sessions, local supervision, monthly reviews and mentorship.
