NDIS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY IN LIVERPOOL

NDIS participants can access a free discovery session. We listen first, then shape supports that fit your day. Our spaces are welcoming and accessible. 

Your OT aligns with our allied health team through case conferences. You don’t repeat your story; the team is already on the same page. We work closely with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager to keep paperwork light, so you can focus on living well.

Yes. We assess your needs, trial suitable equipment, prepare supporting documents, and coordinate with your team. We also review home layouts to improve safety and access. Our MDT case conferences keep everyone aligned, so you don’t repeat your story.
Yes. We support children and adults across home, school, work, and community settings. We tailor sessions to your routines and preferences and navigate funding so the plan is clear and sustainable. Case conferences keep OT aligned with Physio, Speech, and other supports.
Through regular case conferences. OT works alongside Physio, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry, and Behaviour Support. Your Optimum Roadmap shows assessments, therapy sessions, and case conference time—so care is coordinated and transparent.
No wrong door. We accept NDIS, Medicare (EPC/CDM via GP), DVA, Workers Comp, and Private. We’ll navigate the steps and map every dollar in your Optimum Roadmap to avoid funding burnout.
