You can start by calling our team or visiting us in Liverpool to discuss your plan. We will look at your funding together and map out a roadmap. This helps us ensure we are the right fit to support your independence and build capacity from day one.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will make contact to advise of the timings for your plan review. This usually occurs every 12 months. It is advisable to make contact with the NDIA 6 weeks prior to the 12-month period being reached. We can help contribute to your plan review highlighting your progress towards your goals.

Yes, we ask for pre-payment for all new private clients to secure your initial consultation. This helps us stay organized and dedicated to your first visit. Once your NDIS details are fully set up, we can transition to your regular billing method.
We provide a team approach with seven different disciplines to support your specific needs. This includes services like Physio and Occupational Therapy. Our team works together in case conferences to make sure your care is aligned and helpful.
We create structured pathways to help you avoid funding burnout throughout the year. By planning your sessions ahead of time, we make sure you have the support you need without running out of funds too early. This keeps your progress on track.
