Effective 31 March 2025, Optimum Health Solutions will be transitioning out of the Goulburn Health Hub. We deeply appreciate your trust and support over the years.
After many years of dedicated service, Optimum Health Solutions will be transitioning out of the Goulburn Health Hub effective 31 March 2025.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in us throughout the years of service provision.
What's Changing?
- Optimum Health Solutions will no longer offer Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, and in-clinic therapy services in Goulburn.
- We will continue to provide community-based services such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, and Behaviour Support.
New Provider: X Allied Health
- Starting 1 April 2025, X Allied Health will take over at the Goulburn Health Hub.
- Some familiar faces from our team may join X Allied Health to ensure a smooth transition.
- X Allied Health is committed to maintaining high standards of care and is in the process of obtaining NDIS registration. They can currently serve NDIS Self-Managed and Plan Managed Participants.
