Assessment Includes

1.

Evaluating Personal Care, Mobility, Communication, Work Tasks, and Leisure Activities:

A comprehensive evaluation of an individual’s ability to perform essential daily activities such as personal grooming, dressing, and toileting. 

We also assess mobility skills, including walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.

Communication abilities, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, are also considered.

Additionally, the assessment looks into the individual’s capacity to engage in work-related tasks, whether in a physical labor environment or office setting, and their involvement in leisure activities, hobbies, and social interactions.

Assessing Cognitive Function, Social Interaction, and Community Engagement:

This component focuses on evaluating cognitive abilities such as memory, attention, and decision-making, as well as assessing social interaction skills and community engagement to understand the individual’s overall cognitive and social functioning.

Identifying Equipment Needs, Home Modifications, and Support Services:

This part of the assessment aims to identify any required assistive devices, home modifications, or support services that could enhance the individual’s independence and quality of life, ensuring personalised assistance to address specific needs effectively.
