We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 100% fee applies. This mutual commitment ensures we can offer that time to another client who needs support.

Yes, we accept private health insurance and Medicare alongside NDIS funding. For new private clients, we require pre-payment to secure your booking. This allows us to focus entirely on your session when you arrive.
