Rescheduling and Cancelling Appointments

We understand that life gets busy and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your clinic as soon as possible so we can assist you.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee, which may apply if notice is not provided or if you miss your appointment. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
