Blueberry Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 250 mL frozen blueberries.
  • 125 mL skim milk.
  • 180 mL yoghurt.
  • Honey.
 Directions:

Blend ingredients together.

 

Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 250 mL frozen strawberries.
  • 125 mL skim milk.
  • 180 mL yoghurt.
  • Honey.
 Directions:

Blend ingredients together.

 

 

Berry Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen.
  • 60 mL fresh or frozen assorted berries (such as raspberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries).
  • 250 mL orange juice.
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla low-fat yogurt.
  • Fresh mint (optional).
  • Fresh berries (optional).
 Directions:

1. In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, desired fresh or frozen berries, orange juice, and yogurt.
2. Cover and blend until smooth.
3. To serve, pour into glasses.
4. If desired, garnish with fresh mint and additional berries.
