No, you do not need a referral if you are a private patient. You can just book in. However, if you are claiming through Medicare (EPC), DVA, or Workers Comp, you will need a referral from your GP.
Yes, we are a registered NDIS provider. We are experienced in navigating NDIS plans to ensure your funding is used effectively to build capacity and support independence.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We view your appointment as a mutual commitment to your recovery. If you can’t make it, please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can offer that time to another client who needs it. Late cancellations incur a 100% fee.
