Meeting your Goals

1.

Improved Health & Well-Being

We work with you to manage pain, build physical strength, and increase your energy levels. Our goal is to support your physical capacity so you can participate more fully in the activities you love, whether that’s playing sport or simply moving with more confidence.
2.

Improve Capacity Building

This is about giving you the tools to navigate the world on your own terms. We focus on building practical skills—like cooking, budgeting, or using public transport—to support your independence in everyday situations.
3.

Improve Daily Living

We help you tackle the day-to-day challenges that can slow you down. From recommending the right assistive technology to developing smoother routines at home, we support you in living safely and comfortably in your own space.

We are not just an NDIS provider, we are part of your support network

Your success is our priority

You won’t get lost in the system here. We hold regular “Case Conferences” where your physio, OT, and other therapists meet to align their plans. This means your team is always on the same page, working together to support your specific goals without you having to manage them.

Reducing complexity and paperwork

We know NDIS funding can be confusing. We map out your entire therapy roadmap upfront, ensuring every dollar is used effectively to prevent “funding burnout.” We handle the heavy lifting on the admin side so you can focus 100% on your therapy.

Fully accessible, state-of-the-art studio facilities

Our Blacktown clinic is designed for everyone. We have a fully equipped gym and private treatment rooms that are wheelchair accessible and safe. It’s a professional, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable pushing your boundaries.

Flexible treatment options

Real life doesn’t always happen in a clinic. We can come to you—whether that’s at home, at school, or via Telehealth. We offer appointments that fit your schedule, ensuring you get consistent support no matter what your week looks like.

NDIS Frequently asked questions

No, you do not need a doctor’s referral. If you are an NDIS participant, a private patient, or have private health insurance, you can book with us directly. We only require a GP referral if you are claiming through Medicare (EPC) or DVA.

We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 100% fee applies. We do this to ensure fairness and consistency—your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations prevent others on our waitlist from accessing the care they need.

Yes, we charge for travel time based on the NDIS price guide. If we come to your home or school in the Blacktown area, we bill for the time it takes our therapist to travel to you. We are always transparent about these costs upfront so there are no surprises in your funding plan.
Yes, we accept NDIS participants. We work with Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants. We will help you understand your “Capacity Building” or “Improved Daily Living” budgets to ensure you are getting the most out of your allocated funding.
We start with a comprehensive assessment. We don’t just guess; we listen to your story, review your NDIS plan, and map out a clear “Therapy Roadmap.” This ensures we understand exactly what you want to achieve before we start any treatment.
